Water Proofing System

This is a waterproof coating material suitable for walls, roofs, and rooftops. Once dried, it forms a rubber-like membrane that prevents water penetration. With flexibility more than five times greater than standard coatings, it accommodates structural expansion and contraction without causing cracks. It provides 100% waterproofing and is reinforced with fiberglass sheets for concrete rooftops and roofs requiring highly durable waterproofing systems. It withstands harsh weather conditions, seals surface pores to prevent leakage, and protects building structures, thereby extending their service life.

Water Proofing Rooftop

Waterproofing Waterproofing (Polyurethane Roof Coating): This liquid coating is applied on concrete in three layers with a thickness of 2–3 mm. It cures within one day, forming a rubber-like membrane over the concrete surface. With high flexibility, it offers superior elongation and tear strength compared to other materials.

Coating: Available in green or gray, the surface is easy to clean and can be repaired locally when needed. It withstands general weather conditions, and when using a hard-film type, it can also serve as flooring for multi-purpose sports courts.

Specification: The company’s polyurethane waterproofing is a one-component material that is easy to apply, requiring no complicated mixing equipment or time-consuming preparation.

Floor Levelling: Ponding can be corrected using high-viscosity polyurethane without the need for concrete screed repair, effectively reducing problems and creating a smooth concrete surface.

Service Life: With a service life of more than 10 years, the waterproofing process begins by completely removing the old coating, grinding, scraping, polishing, and sealing concrete cracks with PU Sealant. If ponding is present, it must be repaired and leveled using high-viscosity polyurethane (putty). Cement screed should not be used for ponding correction.

Water Proofing Acrylic Rooftop

Acrylic: This is an acrylic-based waterproofing material. Designed for roofs and rooftops, once dried, it forms a rubber-like membrane that prevents water penetration with flexibility more than five times greater than standard materials, avoiding problems caused by structural expansion or contraction. Acrylic is applied as a 3-layer system, providing 100% waterproofing and reinforced with fiberglass sheets, making it ideal for concrete rooftops or roofs that require highly durable waterproofing. It withstands harsh weather conditions and abrasion from foot traffic. With only 2 layers of acrylic application, it can seal surface pores to prevent leakage and protect structures from environmental damage, thereby extending their service life.
